OCBA Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Oklahoma Certified Beef Association! We are proud to support Oklahoma cattle producers by promoting high-quality, locally raised beef. Below, you’ll find everything you need to get started. Please complete the OCBA Membership Form to join. If you are planning to certify cattle through our program, you’ll also need to submit the OCBA Affidavit. Additionally, if you are not already a member of the AFR Cooperative, please include the AFR Membership Form. If submitting both OCBA and AFR memberships, we kindly ask that you send separate checks. Membership Form

This form enrolls you as a member of the Oklahoma Certified Beef Association. It collects basic information about your operation and ensures you stay informed about OCBA programs, opportunities and events. All members must complete this form to join or renew.

OCBA Membership Form

AFR Cooperative Membership Form

This form is only required if you are not already an AFR Cooperative member. AFR membership is a necessary part of participating in the OCBA program and provides additional benefits and support to agricultural producers across Oklahoma.

OCBA Affidavit Form

This form is required only if you plan to certify cattle through the Oklahoma Certified Beef Association. It verifies that your cattle meet the standards set by the program and must be submitted along with your membership form.
